Terms & Conditions ::

1. All clients who sign up for the ISPNZ Hourly rate plan will be either billed at the end of each month (If account holders) or will be required to supply a credit card number.
2. All customers who sign up for Flat rate will be billed in advance at the start of each month
3. Commencement of Contract: This agreement comes into being when the Client first uses the Service.
4. All plans that are changed take effect on the first day of the following month and are for a minimum duration of 3 months.
5. Variation of terms: These terms and conditions may be varied by the Provider ; ISPNZ Ltd. at any time, so long as the Client is given one weeks written notice of such variation.
6. Billing: All new monthly charged accounts will be debited from a supplied credit card unless prior arrangements have been made with ISPNZ. Payment of any invoice must be made by the due date.
7. Username and Password: The Client will select a user name and password which they will use to access the service. The provider may refuse to allow the selection of any particular user name or password. All use of the service initiated by the provision of the Clients username and password will be considered legitimate unless the Client notifies the provider otherwise.
8. Use of the service: The client agrees not to use the service in an illegal or inappropriate manner. Should such use occur, the Provider reserves the right to take whatever action it deems necessary to maintain the integrity of the Service.
9. Limitation of liability: The provider is not Liable for the consequences of the user or misuse of the Service. Neither is the Provider liable for any losses caused by the non-availability of the Service.
10. Termination of the Service: The Provider may terminate the Service at any time as long as the Client is given one weeks written notice of such termination. The requirements for notice to be given does not apply if the Client is in breach of these conditions. The Client may terminate the Service by notifying the Provider in writing, effective on receipt of such notification.
11. All monies owing will be paid on time as per the terms and conditions or service may be disconnected.
